As usual, I do not spoil much about the storylines and I will not be making an exception today.Īs this is a port of a previously released game, many reviewers have spent a ton of time discussing the graphics and mostly slammed the effort made by Ubisoft. Shortly after arriving in America, you set off to find missing bits and pieces of information so you can get more allies in your quest of the vast story that this game entails.
ASSASSIN'S CREED SWITCH REVIEW SERIES
I never realized what a great game series I have been missing. I especially loved being able to ride a horse and fire a gun or even the basic parkour mechanics. The story does a great job of guiding you through the storylines and slowly but surely, you are taught all the needed game mechanics to survive. Shortly after, the story leads us on a ship to America where there are signs of mutiny and as you take control of Haytham, you get the experience of finding out how and what is happening. In Assassin’s Creed 3, we are thrown into the colonial era of the Americas, where we follow Haytham Kenway, who at first kills someone in the opera house in England to obtain a medallion. Until now…Īssassin’s Creed in itself is one of the most famous franchises and goes right into the category of the greatest games, combining weapon use, parkour and assassination skills, throw in a big world and great story and that is the bottom line for any game in the franchise. Even on my other consoles, I never really got into the franchise and despite owning several of them, I never got the proper time to just sit down and play. Sure, I was lucky enough to play the “other game on Switch” when I was in Japan, but for a physical game, this is the first one.
